4 Detroit Officers Hit, Injured by Suspected Drunken Drivers
DETROIT --
According to authorities, none of the injuries incurred early Thursday were considered life-threatening.
Both of the accused drunken drivers rear-ended patrol cars. The suspects were not injured but were charged with alcohol-related offenses, Love said.
The accidents happened in the same Detroit intersection, with the first occurring around 1:45 a.m.
"I've never seen two squad cars get into accidents within 45 minutes of each other at the same intersection," Love said.
